Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

You can cancel your order within the first 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 4 hours, orders cannot be canceled for a refund but can be canceled for store credit. To request a store credit, please contact customer service.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. They must also include all original packaging and accessories.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for return. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
